Cocktail Piroshki(Miniature Meat Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    3 Tbsp. water
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 lb. very lean ground beef
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 Tbsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
    2 Tbsp. dairy sour cream
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 pkg. frozen patty shells
Preparation
    Rehydrate minced onion in water for 10 minutes.
    In a small skillet, melt the butter; add onion and saute 2 minutes.
    Add the beef and cook, stirring, until browned.
    Remove from heat.
    Add eggs, dill weed, parsley flakes, paprika, salt, pepper, sour cream and lemon juice.
    Mix thoroughly; set aside.
