White Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. chicken broth
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 ribs celery, chopped
    1/2 c. red bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. yellow bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. green bell pepper, chopped
    10 oz. can diced tomatoes
    4 oz. can chopped green chilies
    36 oz. can Great Northern beans
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    2 tsp. diced oregano
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    dash of cayenne pepper
    3 c. diced chicken breasts, cooked
    Colby cheese
Preparation
    In a large soup kettle bring chicken broth to simmer.
    Add all other ingredients except chicken.
    Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Add chicken and heat thoroughly.
    Garnish each serving with a sprinkle of Colby cheese.
    Makes 8 to 10 large servings.
