Lemon Squares 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
2 c. flour
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
4 eggs
6 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Mix first three ingredients together.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Beat together the remaining ingredients.
Pour this mixture over the baked crust. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Sprinkle top with confectioners sugar.
Cut into bars to serve.
