Cheesy Cauliflower Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small heads cauliflower (4 c.)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, sliced thin
    3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 c. sliced ripe olives
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. sliced ripe olives
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Arrange cauliflower on steaming rack and steam 10 minutes or until tender.
    Place 1/2 in greased 8-inch baking dish.
    Top with 1/2 of onion slices.
    Sprinkle 1/2 flour mixture (flour, garlic powder, pepper) over onion.
    Dot with half of butter.
    Top with half each of olives and cheeses.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Repeat layers.
    Combine wine and milk.
    Pour over top.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0
    for 40 minutes.
