Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    1 can tomato juice
    1 large can tomato paste
    1 can kidney beans
    hot chili powder
    cumin
    oregano
    basil
    garlic powder
    salt
    pepper
    red pepper seeds
Preparation
    Brown and drain fat off beef.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Use best judgment when adding spices.
    Boil a few minutes.
    Turn down heat.
    Simmer an hour or as long as possible.
