Potluck Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium red potatoes (about 2 lb.)
    1 jar (20 oz.) chopped pimentos, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. onion salt
    1 lb. process American cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    2 slices bread, cut into cubes
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender but firm.
    Drain and cut into 1-inch cubes.
    Place into a 2 1/2-quart baking dish (ungreased). Add pimentos, onion, garlic and onion salt; toss gently.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Place the bread cubes on top and pour butter over all.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bread is toasted.
