Venison Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless venison stew meat (can use beef)
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 cans golden mushroom soup
    1 soup can of burgundy wine
    2 pkgs. frozen mixed vegetables
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. oil
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. parsley
    cajun spice to taste
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown meat in oil. In a large stew pot add seasonings, soup, wine, vegetables and meat. Cover and let simmer for no less than 8 hours.
