Cheese Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix together the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Line muffin pan with large paper baking cups. Fill each one 2/3 full.
Bake 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes.
