Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    4 eggs
    4 oz. cottage cheese
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 stick margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Saute broccoli, margarine and onion until tender.
    Mix corn muffin mix, eggs and cottage cheese, then combine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 minutes or until golden brown. One cup grated Cheddar cheese may be added for a different flavor.
