Italian Mashed Potatoes - Sartue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes (about 2 lb.)
    8 oz. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. milk
    1/2 stick oleo
    8 oz. pepperoni, shredded through food processor
Preparation
    Peel and cook potatoes until tender.
    Mash.
    Add oleo, milk, Ricotta cheese and pepperoni.
    Place in a greased casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes (just to heat through).
    Bread crumbs may be sprinkled on top before baking.
