Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine ingredients together and blend until smooth.
May refrigerate for 1 hour.
(This will allow flour particles to swell and soften so crepes are light in texture.)
Brush the bottom of a nonstick 6-inch pan with oil and place over medium heat.
Pour about 3 tablespoons batter into hot pan and tilt so it covers the pan.
Cook until done and then turn and cook on other side.
Cover crepe with jam, marmalade, etc. and roll up.
