Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts or 4 leg quarters
    32 oz. frozen California Blend vegetables (carrots, broccoli and cauliflower)
    1 diced onion
    1 c. water
    grated cheese (optional)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of broccoli soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 cylinder croissant rolls
Preparation
    Cook chicken; remove skin, debone and cut into chunks (about 3 cups).
    In a saucepan, add spices and onion.
    If you buy your chicken already skinned and deboned, you can add it to this and 1 cup water.
    When onion is cooked, add soups until mixed.
