Hot Milk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk, heated with 1 stick oleo
1 1/2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream together eggs and sugar until real creamy.
Sift all dry ingredients together.
Heat milk with oleo or butter until melted. Add dry ingredients gradually to egg and sugar alternately with hot milk and oleo (butter).
Bake in rectangular cake pan at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into cake.
