Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. whole kernel corn
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 medium onion (chopped)
    2 eggs
    3 - 4 hot peppers (chopped)
    1/4 lb. cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into medium baking dish.
    Bake 25-30 minutes varying on cookware used.
