Egg Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 slices bread, torn
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar, grated
    8 eggs
    2 lb. diced ham
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Break up bread.
    Stir in cheese and ham.
    Pour eggs, milk and spices that have been beaten well over bread, cheese and ham.
    Push any bread that sticks up down with a fork.
    Cover with tinfoil and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife in center comes out clean.
    Let cool 10 minutes before cutting.
