Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2/3 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    5 to 6 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Cut in shortening. Add vinegar and water until dough holds together. Shape into 2 balls. Refrigerate; roll out. Place into pie pans. Brush top with egg white.
    Can be used with any pie filling.
