Rigatoni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. rigatoni, cooked and drained
4 Tbsp. oil (or oleo)
1 c. julienne green beans
3 c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. scallions
parsley
1 or 2 cans tuna fish, drained (optional)
Preparation
-
Cook and drain rigatoni.
While still warm add oil and mix well to coat the rigatoni.
When cool, add remaining ingredients.
