Mexican Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. flour
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. chopped ripe olives
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Combine water and butter in saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Add flour all at once.
    Stir until it makes a smooth ball.
    Remove from heat and add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool on rack.
