Napoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded low-moisture, part-skim Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1 c. zucchini slices
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. (4 oz.) noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
Preparation

Make a white sauce with margarine, flour, milk and salt.
Add 1/2 cup cheese; stir until melted.
Remove sausage from casing and cut into pieces.
Brown in skillet.
Add zucchini and onion.
Cook until tender and drain.
Stir in white sauce, noodles and tomatoes.
Pour into casserole dish.
Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes about 4 servings.
