Aunt Camille'S Chinese Chews - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            1 c. chopped dates
 
1 c. sugar
1 c. pecans
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

                            Mix eggs and sugar; beat well.\tAdd all the rest of the ingredients.
 
Bake\tin
shallow, greased pan at 350\u00b0, about 20 minutes.
Do not overcook.\tCut in squares.
