Millionaire Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    salt and vanilla
    1/2 c. crushed, drained pineapple
    1/2 c. heavy cream (can substitute 1 can evaporated milk)
    1 egg
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1/4 c. crushed nuts
    9-inch baked pie shell
Preparation
    Whip 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, margarine, egg, salt and vanilla.
    Pour into pie shell and chill.
    Whip the cream and 1/2 tablespoon powdered sugar. Fold in pineapple and nuts. Top pie with mixture and place in refrigerator.
    This recipe is more economical if made in lots of three.
