Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. roast
    2 c. red wine
    1 c. beef stock
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 medium onions, quartered
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    Place roast in roasting pan.
    Add wine and beef stock; mix. Add garlic, onions and pepper.
    Roast at 325\u00b0 for approximately 90 minutes.
