Miniature Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
milk for pudding
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Heat water and butter to a rolling boil. Stir in flour.
Stir vigorously over low heat about 1 minute or until mixture forms a ball.
Remove from heat.
Beat in eggs, all at once, beating until smooth.
Drop dough by slightly rounded teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until puffed and golden.
Cool completely.
Fill with pudding. Makes about 5 dozen.
You can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
