Micro Potatoes Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
2 medium potatoes (about 2/3 lb.), unpeeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
1/2 c. (1-inch) pepper chunks
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
chopped parsley
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
paprika
Preparation

Melt margarine in shallow 9-inch dish in microwave oven.
Add potatoes, onion and garlic.
Toss.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and place in microwave oven on Full power for 5 minutes.
