Strudel(Retes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lard or butter (not melted, room temperature)
Preparation
    Add all ingredients.
    Add more water, if necessary, to make a soft dough.
    Knead dough well and let set. Work with beating motion with hands until smooth, elastic and until bubbles appear in dough.
    Divide dough into 3 parts.
    Cover and let rest 30 minutes.
