Pineapple Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
 
3 c. cooked diced chicken
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
- 
                            Place pineapple with juice in bowl.
 
Combine remaining ingredients.
Chill 1 to 2 hours.
Drain and toss small amount of mayonnaise with ingredients.
Serve on lettuce.
Serves 4.
