Creamy Jello Parfaits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O brand sugar-free gelatin (any flavor)
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    ice cubes
    1 (8 oz.) container vanilla low-fat yogurt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla (optional)
Preparation
    Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Combine cold water and enough ice cubes to make one cup.
    Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.
    Remove any unmelted ice!
    Stir in yogurt and vanilla.
    Pour into 4 or 5 individual parfait glasses. Optional:
    Alternate with corresponding fruit to flavor of Jell-O. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
    Garnish, if desired. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
