Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes
    1 c. liquid
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. peanut butter
Preparation
    Parboil peeled sweet potatoes for 15 minutes.
    Reserve 1 cup liquid.
    Combine liquid with next 5 ingredients and boil 5 minutes, remove from heat and stir in peanut butter.
    Line baking dish with sliced cooked sweet potatoes and pour mixture over all.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
