Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. margarine or butter
3 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
Preparation

Mix sugar with cocoa.
Cream together with margarine and eggs. Beat well.
Add vanilla and mix thoroughly.
Add flour, coconut and nuts.
Mix well.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
When done, spread marshmallow cream over hot cake.
Let cool, then frost.
