Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large zucchini
    1 large onion
    1/2 pkg. carrots
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 pkg. stuffing mix
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Steam veggies.
    Mix soup and sour cream.
    Add to veggies.
    Melt margarine and mix with stuffing mix.
    Put stuffing mix in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Reserve 1/3 for top.
    Put veggies on top. Sprinkle top with reserved topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
