Veal Cutlet Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

veal cutlet or steak
garlic powder
paprika
1 large onion, chopped
salt
Italian bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
water (approximately 1 1/2 c.)
cheese slices (American or Mozzarella)
butter
1 egg
Preparation

Season veal with salt and garlic powder.
Dip in egg; then dip in bread crumbs.
Fry in butter until browned on both sides. Remove and place in baking pan.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Saute onions until tender (soft) slowly, seasoning with salt and paprika.
Add water during latter stages of cooking and simmer about 10 to 15 minutes.
Place slice of cheese on top of veal pieces, then pour onion gravy on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve with rice or noodles.
