Bean Pot Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    1 medium onion
    4 carrots, cut into chunks
    3 potatoes, cut into quarters
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 c. diced celery
    2 slices white bread, cubed
    small bay leaf
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. red wine
Preparation
    Combine all in casserole with lid (bean pot). Bake 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Add package of frozen peas during the last hour.
