Sausage Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. Bisquick
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. bulk sausage (mild or hot to taste)
Preparation
    Gently fry the sausage, breaking it up as you fry it.
    Mix the shredded cheese and Bisquick in a large mixing bowl.
    Add sausage, drippings and all.
    Blend well.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet.
    Bake 7 to 8 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 50.
