Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cornstarch.
    Add vinegar and lemon juice.
    Mix well. Add raisins and water. Stir over low heat until it thickens. Remove from heat and add butter.
    Makes about 2 cups.
    Is delicious served on baked ham.
