Fruited Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 double thick pork chops
4 slices apple
4 slices onion
salt and pepper
4 slices pineapple
Preparation
-
Brown pork chops on both sides; place in casserole.
Top with apple, onion and seasonings.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
Remove from oven and top with pineapple slice.
Return to oven and bake 15 minutes or until pineapple is tipped with brown.
