Finikia - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. ground almonds
3/4 c. Crisco
1/4 c. oil
1 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. cake flour
1 c. farina
2 eggs
1/2 c. fresh squeezed orange juice
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Soak farina, juice and soda until thick.
Cream Crisco and oil, about 10 minutes.
Add sugar, some flour and farina mixture. Mix well.
Add the rest of the flour (sifted) to make a medium dough that does not stick to hands.
