Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked rice
    chicken broth
    1 pt. dairy sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions, substituting chicken broth for the water.
    Mix cooked rice with sour cream. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put half of rice mixture in greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Layer half the chilies and half the cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
