Venison Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 lb. ground venison
1/2 c. minced onion
1 stalk minced celery
2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. mushrooms
3 cloves garlic
2 or 3 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. sherry
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mix together meat, 1/4 cup onions, celery, 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms, 2/3 of the garlic, salt and pepper.
Cook; drain fat. Add butter, 1/2 pound mushrooms, remaining onion and garlic and saute 5 minutes.
Stir in sour cream.
Reduce heat and simmer until sauce is heated, about 5 minutes.
Pour over cooked noodles.
