Sourdough Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. lukewarm water
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. soda, dissolved in 1/4 c. lukewarm water
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. molasses or brown sugar
Preparation
    Soak yeast in 2 cups of lukewarm water for 1/2 hour.
    Stir in flour.
    Cover and let set overnight.
    Next morning, use remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Cook as you would for regular pancakes.
