Upside-Down Dinner Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 lb. carrots, sliced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    5 to 6 potatoes, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cover bottom of casserole dish with bacon slices.
    Press the ground beef on top of bacon.
    Follow with sliced onions and carrots.
    Sift the flour over the carrots and add sliced potatoes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Pour the soup over the top.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until vegetables are tender.
