Ginger Peachy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can peach slices
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Cook chicken in margarine in skillet.
    Remove from skillet and keep warm.
    Drain syrup from peaches, reserving syrup.
    Add water to syrup to make 1 cup.
    Stir in the cornstarch and ground ginger. Add mixture to skillet and stir into chicken drippings.
    Cook until thick and bubbly.
    Add peaches and heat through.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve chicken strips over cooked rice and spoon mixture over chicken.
