Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. uncooked rice
2 c. peeled cubed zucchini
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. water
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. mushrooms
3/4 c. shredded cheese
buttered crumbs
Preparation

Melt butter in casserole dish and add rice and zucchini.
Mix together mushroom soup, water, salt, pepper, onions, mushrooms and cheese.
Pour over casserole.
Make sure all rice is moistened. Top with buttered crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about an hour.
