Black-Eyed Peas Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 cans (16 oz.) black-eyed peas, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes with liquid
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In skillet, cook beef, onion and green pepper until beef is brown; drain fat.
    Add peas, tomatoes, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
    Simmer 30 minutes, stirring often.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
