Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts
    3 chicken legs, thighs, etc.
    1 (8 oz.) apricot preserves
    1 (8 oz.) Russian dressing
    1 pkg. onion soup
    1/4 c. water
    pineapple slices
    1/2 c. green pepper, cut in strips
Preparation
    Put chicken pieces in baking dish.
    Pour preserves over.
    Mix dressing, onion soup and water.
    Stir and pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour covered with foil.
    Take foil off and add pineapple and pepper strips; bake 30 minutes, uncovered.
