Easy 6 Week Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cucumbers
    apple cider vinegar
    granulated sugar
Preparation
    Pack
    large-mouth jars or
    jugs
    (I
    use
    gallon)
    with washed cucumbers.\tPour apple cider vinegar to cover.
    Crumple tinfoil to go on top if cukes\tfloat.\tPut
    on
    lid,
    place in grocery bag and put in cabinet or closet for 6 weeks.
    Remove; pour off vinegar and rinse
    cucumbers.
    Trim,
    weigh
    and
    use same weight of sugar.
    Slice (any
    way\tyou
    like)
    into
    jug, layering cucumbers and sugar until
    finished.
    Put
    on lid and put back in closet until sugar is dissolved.
    After dissolved, put small amount in jar in refrigerator to crisp and eat.
