Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
4 eggs
1 (6 oz.) container cottage cheese or Cheddar cheese, grated
2/3 stick oleo
1 small onion, chopped

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and place in a greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
