Fresh Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cauliflower, cut in flowerets
    1 bunch broccoli, cut in flowerets
    2 cans (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts
    12 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley lo-cal Ranch buttermilk salad dressing mix
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, broccoli, water chestnuts and mushrooms.
    In smaller bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and dressing mix.
    Mix well and spoon over vegetables and toss well until they are all coated.
    Chill and toss again when serving.
