Cinnamon Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. water
    1 lb. pecan halves
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg white and water until foamy.
    Add pecans and other ingredients.
    Make sure nuts are covered completely.
    Put on buttered pan and bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Take out every 15 minutes and stir.
