Double Fudge Mint Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. soft butter
    4 eggs
    16 oz. Hershey's syrup
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. mint extract
    3 drops green food coloring
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt; spread on top.
    Cool in refrigerator.
