Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 stick butter (oleo)
1 1/2 c. sugar (granulated)
4 small cans sweet potatoes
1 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs
3/4 stick melted butter (oleo)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. chopped nuts (if desired)
Preparation

Beat butter, sugar, potatoes, milk and eggs until well blended.
Pour into casserole dish or 10 x 15-inch cake pan.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Remove from heat.
Stir in brown sugar, corn flakes and nuts.
Spread over potato mixture.
Bake uncovered in 325\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
Excellent with turkey or ham dinner.
